On your holiday in Tyrol a breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired awaits you.
Filter coffee or cappuccino, you have the choice
At our breakfast buffet there is oven fresh bread, sweet treats, home made marmelades, butter and cheeses from the local dairy, speck, cold meats and ham from our farm and the local butcher, fresh fruit, fruit platter, diverse cereals, quark and yoghurt from Tyrol and much more. On three mornings a week we offer a front cooking station with diverse egg dishes.

Our cafe is also open daily for non hotel guests!

Our cuisine is characterised by a passion for enjoyment. Based on regional products including our own organic farm produce. Prepared with passion and served with much attention to detail, we offer Tyrolean specialities and classics as well as alpine-mediterranean inspired dishes - experience amazing explosions of flavour!
Always included, our gourmet half board
We start with fresh salads and a variation of cold entrees from the buffet. Followed by a soup from the buffet or served to your table.
Your choice
For the main meal choose between four dishes. We offer popular Unterhochstätt classics as well as new creations by the head of the house and chef Steffen.
Finish with something sinful
To finish we serve fine desserts, menu changes daily.
As an alternative there is icecream from our icecream station or a selection of regional cheeses from the cheese buffet.
From the region
In our kitchen we value high quality raw produce and sustainability. So beef and pork, diverse sausage meats and eggs are largely from our own organic farm. Fresh fish, cheese and some fruit and vegetables are from regional producers.
