Ways to get here
By car
Coming from Germany: Munich / Salzburg on the A8 Autobahn to Rosenheim, then take the A93 towards Kufstein, exit the Autobahn at Oberaudorf and continue on the B172 via Niederndorf, Walchsee and Kössen towards Schwendt, at the Schwendt sign turn left, after 700m you are at your destination.
This route is Austrian Autobahn toll free.
By rail / bus
By train to Kufstein ( approx. 30 km) or St. Johann in Tirol (approx. 15km).
Travel comfortable and stress free by rail to your holiday in Kaiserwinkl. The Kufstein railway station is as a border tariff station easy to reach using the 'Deutschen Bahn' (German rail company) as well as the ÖBB (Austrian rail company).
On to Kaiserwinkl choice of two possibilities:
Regional bus VVT (Linie 4030) departing hourly, duration approx. 50 minutes for approx. 8 Euro to "Waidach" bus stop. Here we are happy to pick you up free of charge. Use our pre-check-in offer, you will receive a digital Kaiserwinkl-Card for free use of the bus.
Kaiserwinkl Shuttle-Service by "Four Seasons Travel" pick up from Kufstein and taken to our door. One way 16 Euro per person (with 2 or more adults children receive 75% reduction, incl. bikes or skiis). Bookings up to 48 hours prior to travel accepted.

Car free holiday in Kaiserwinkl
With the Kaiserwinklcard (included with every booking) all public bus services in Kaiserwinkl are free. The Unterhochstätt holiday farm is a 10 minute walk from the next bus stop.
Winter sports people are picked up at the hotel by the ski bus.
